She is also an acclaimed  New Business expert, who has mentored  many new business start ups, and  is known for her “No Nonsense, Common Sense” Approach  to new ventures.  She has trained  in various aspects of Counselling and has mentored  numerous individuals and continues to be a much sought after Speaker and Conference Host. As Conference Host she has made a name for herself as one who will make any given platform a life changing memorable experience for all your guests alike.

Her other areas of expertise are Relationships, Self Development, Raising Self Esteem and Self belief and specialises in Young Women (under 25’s), Rising above the “S.T.I.G.M.A” (Social Tags Inhibiting  Growth & My Ability). All of our events are held in a fun, relaxed non imposing platform designed to help, improve & allow individuals to find personal success, achieve aims, and manage life changes and personal challenges. Having e a Double Bachelor Degree in Theology and Ministry further equips Sola to provide spiritual guidance. Tomi Alalade

.... has majored in a Degree in Business Marketing and has seen her skills and experience continually demanded from a host of organisations. She has become an individual known for her articulate nature and a woman with great vision to execute and implement ideas, from thought to fruition.

Having utilised her skills over a number a years at various organisations such as The London Business School, The Royal Horticultural Society and more recently held the position of Marketing and Events Manager for one of the major medical research companies in the country, Tomi comes equipped with the understanding of the needs of both new Start up businesses, and established businesses to mantain there position within the market. Thus she undestand the need for a platform that would reflect the vision, aims and objectives of businesses.

Tomi has pulled upon her vast experience and in doing so has recently launched her own independent Events Management Company "Acuity Events".
